Jitendra Kavathekar leads Accenture Open Innovation at Accenture Technology Labs, transforming technology innovation into business results for Global 2000 companies. As Managing Director for Open Innovation, Jitendra leads an entrepreneurial team that engages in ecosystems of innovation globally. The goal is to help Accenture bring broad yet highly innovative and cutting-edge solutions to its clients. The Open Innovation team engages with three ecosystems: start-ups (via key venture capitalists and accelerators), universities and corporate R&D centers to identify and develop opportunities for joint innovation and commercial partnership across all of Accenture’s businesses and technology focus areas.

Prior to his current role, Jitendra formed and led Accenture’s Digital Health organization within Accenture Technology Labs. He was responsible for exploring emerging, disruptive and transformative technologies that will shape the frontier of global health and prosperity.
